Call4Care Raises Awareness At The SAHF Conference

Call4Care, South Africa’s leading provider of elderly home care devices and service, recently exhibited at the South African Housing Foundation (SAHF) Conference for the first time. Their stand provided conference delegates with vital information on elderly care and safety, and attracted interest from local and provincial government housing departments. People across the globe are starting to understand the potential for using technology to allow their elderly parents or family members to continue living an independent life, while still having help available at the press of a button. All of the delegates visiting the stand showed an interest in how it worked and all agreed that the service for the elderly living in social housing all across South Africa is an economical and effective way of providing a level of social care and support desperately needed in these environments.

Call4Care was the only exhibitor in the area of remotely monitored social care at the conference and CEO of SAHF, John Hopkins was delighted with their involvement. “We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your contribution toward making the SAHF Housing Conference, Exhibition and Housing Awards for 2010 the huge success that it was. Without your stunning display it would not have been the same,” he said. “The SAHF has received positive feedback from delegates and Government officials; this of course was only possible due to your valued participation.”
