Call4Care HomeCare is a simple home-based alarm and monitoring system that allows you to be independent while keeping help and assistance you need within easy reach. With the simple press of a button you can be in contact with our Response Centre who will assist you no matter what the emergency is.
Call4Care HomeCare includes:

The Carephone has a red panic button that connects you directly to our Response Centre and includes a powerful audio speaker and microphone. - Call4Care Panic Button Pendant
This waterproof pendant with an easily pressed panic button can be carried around your neck or wrist, so home care for elderly clients is always within easy reach. - Call4Care 24/7 Monitoring
No matter what the time, or the emergency, our Response Centre is always available to provide quality home care services.
How does it work?
When assistance is needed, you simply press the red button on your CarePhone or pendant; this will automatically put you into contact with our Response Centre where you will be able to speak to one of our trained, experienced and friendly staff members.
As soon as you have made contact, your details will be available on our system so it doesn’t matter if you are unable to speak.
The call operator will immediately contact one of your chosen responders, an emergency service or an ER24 ambulance, depending on the situation.
The Response Centre will stay in contact throughout the incident to ensure that your assistance need is properly addressed.
What is needed?
- A standard telephone line (with and ADSL filter if the line is ADSL enabled)
- A standard electrical socket
- At least two, ideally, three local responders such as relatives, neighbours or friends whom we can contact in the event of an emergency. They should have a copy of your door keys and must be prepared to assist in any emergency – day or night. They will have to be in possession of a cellphone or landline.
Call4Care Monitoring Services
Our Response Centre offers all our clients a monitoring service which brings comfort, reassurance and assistance at the push of a button - 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
How much does it cost?
- R890 (incl. VAT) upfront activation payment
- R198 (incl. VAT) per month for a 24-month contract
