Whether you are an elderly person living independently at home (HomeCare) or living in a retirement village (VillageCare), with Call4Care monitoring services you can rest assured that there will always be someone to respond to any emergency.
VillageCare
In a retirement village or other grouped living scheme, our monitoring services provide the following:
- Full 24/7 monitoring with the necessary response or management of any emergency situation (including ER24 emergency response).
- A back-up facility to assist on-site staff when they are on duty.
- A broadcast and intercom facility through which management and the resident can communicate with each other.
- Secondary fire and flooding detection with alerts to the monitoring service.
- Multiple additional services such as pill schedule monitoring, wandering notification for dementia patients, fall detection and more.
HomeCare
- Full 24/7 monitoring with the necessary response or management of any emergency situation (including ER24 emergency response).
- Daily check-in calls from the monitoring service for reassurance.
- Secondary fire and flooding detection with alerts to the monitoring service.
- Multiple additional services such as pill schedule monitoring, wandering notification for dementia patients, fall detection and more.
Staff selection and training
All our Care staff are highly trained and completely competent to deal with all types of emergencies. They are subject to ongoing performance monitoring, development reviews and quality checks. All calls are monitored and recorded, allowing for management review of every emergency response.
Emergency call handling and data management
At Call4Care we believe that accurate data is the key to our excellent service delivery. We make use of Chubb Community Care’s leading edge technology for emergency call handling and to store and manage data. We keep all necessary details of our clients on our system to ensure a proper response.
Disaster recovery plan
We have a comprehensive disaster recovery plan which enables us to deliver our on-site service even in the case of a power/server failure and many other eventualities.
