Who We are

Call4Care is a well resourced South African company with international relationships focused on caring for the elderly and other vulnerable people, as well as providing them the support they need on a daily basis. We do this by supplying social alarms and telecare systems that are easy to use and highly effective. Our packages come with a number of services and we provide emergency care for the aged who are living independently, in a retirement village or in a frail care centre.

Our intimate understanding of the unique needs of the elderly has enabled us to offer the best possible service and to form valuable relationships with two important associates:

  • Communicare, who is our largest equity holder, has an excess of R1 billion in assets, including owning a number of well-known retirement villages in the Western Cape. Through Communicare, we have ready access to over 50 years of experience in this field, providing us with a superior understanding of what old age care is all about, and how to better manage the needs of the elderly – particularly in the area of community living.
  • ER24 is South Africa’s leading emergency medical care service provider and our exclusive partner in case of medical emergencies.

By joining forces with powerful associates, we can offer the very best care to our clients, and it allows us to be there whenever a need arises. Whether it is an emergency or just the need for some assistance when nobody is around, Call4Care is there for you 24/7, 365 days a year. Our aim is to ensure that by caring for the elderly they never need to feel alone, giving them the freedom to keep their independence.

Testimonials
"I felt my wife was slipping into unconsciousness. It was touch and go. Had it not been for Call4Care she would not be here today. The medics stabilized her before taking her by ambulance to hospital. Today she’s baking me a cake!!"
